Kamran Faisal's body bears torture marks

The SC of Pakistan has become a fine purveyor of threats without the will and the means to carry them out. Today the criminals in the government think of SC decisions as some kind of vague opinions that can be interpreted by the anyone. The net result is that any body and everybody with money and power will never face the consequences of their corruption and robbery. Even helping an absconder is OK as Rehman Malik and Jehangir Badr has just proved to a shocked nation.

The SC should stop bending backwards and accommodating all sorts of excuses and apologies from crooks and thieves; it should stop giving adjournments and extension and further warnings -- and must act decisively and forcefully. If the judges cannot enforce their decisions; they should step down. It is not really good use of public money to pay people not to do their jobs properly.

What I do not understand is why SC decisions take so long? SC decisions in the best justices systems pass judgements swiftly and efficiently without any adjournments. The fact that our justice system allows for such deliberate delays tells me that we have have a dysfunctional and corrupt system even in the highest court of Pakistan.

How long you can go on hoping and expecting balls from those, who simply are without? Personally I have given up on judiciary or other imbeciles.
There is no other solution but THE SOLUTION.

We have a devious justice system, that goes without saying. But patience dictates I do not give up on them just yet. As for THE SOLUTION, it can come any time. We'd rather it didn't, but there are no guarantees in the matter. Time holds the answers to our questions.

Shahid Kamran, anchor person of On the Front, let off what he presented as a bombshell in the Kamran Faisal murder case. Suicide through and through was the point he made, claiming that the young man had been a depressive for years and citing no doubt trumped up paperwork by NAB to back the assertion. All these new "proofs" are now in the hands of the Islamabad Police which will no doubt turn out to be corrupt as its reputation suggests.

We know two things ourselves. One: A depressive, taking little or no interest in his work would not have managed to do the fine job he did in the Rental case. Two: The picture of the dead Kamran Faisal doing the rounds on which he is seen with a rope round his neck and his feet firmly placed on a table. If that's how we manage to hang ourselves in this day and Age, then we've really come a long way from our humble beginnings.

So when the matter finally reaches the SC, if it ever does, will they too live up to their reputation for procrastination?
